A closer way to travel China

Less following.
More discovering.

The China you came to see. The little moments you didn’t expect. Make room for both, with a private guide and a journey that feels like you.

01 / Places with a story

One country.
So many ways in.

Start with imperial Beijing, the living heritage of Shanxi, or the creative energy of Shenzhen. Then make the route your own.

02 / Travel with intention

A little guidance.
A lot more freedom.

For curious travelers who want the independence of going alone, with someone to help the place make sense.

01

People before packages

Begin with your interests, walking pace and preferred language. Guide recommendations should fit your journey; availability is confirmed before any booking.

02

Depth over a packed day

An unhurried temple visit. A neighborhood walk. Time for a second cup of tea. Choose a few meaningful experiences instead of racing through a list.

03

Value you can understand

Decide where a guide adds value and where to explore independently. Ask for guide fees, transport, tickets and meals to be separated in a written quote.

03 / From an idea to a journey

Start with what matters to you.

01

Tell your story

Share your destinations, dates, interests and comfortable budget. A rough idea is enough.

02

Shape the details

Use your brief to discuss a route, suitable guides and a clear breakdown of costs.

03

Keep room for discovery

Confirm the agreed itinerary and terms, with space for independent time along the way.

Good journeys begin
with better questions.

Before you go

A few things
you may be wondering.

Is this a group tour?

The concept is private, tailored travel for your own party. The example routes are starting points, not fixed departures.

Can I use a guide for only part of my trip?

Yes, your brief can request one guided day or selected experiences, with independent days in between. Actual arrangements depend on guide availability and the agreed quote.

Are Japanese- and Thai-speaking guides available?

You can request English, Japanese or Thai. A translated website does not guarantee a guide in that language; language ability and availability must be confirmed before booking.

What does a private guide cost?

There is no published price list yet. Cost depends on destination, date, duration, language and transport. Request an itemized quote and cancellation terms before committing.

Can I book or send an inquiry here?

Create a travel brief here, then open an email draft to Gmail or QQ Mail. You must review and send it in your email app. You can also email us directly. The site does not send automatically, take payment or confirm a booking.
